Deleting Document Roles

A role can only be deleted from a Document record only if the role has a status of Pending.

  1. In the document tree on the left side of the Document record:
  2. If the document is in Inworks status, click the Requirement Changes link > Change Requirement button. Click the green arrow next to the role to be deleted and then click the red slash. Confirm the deletion.
  3. If the document is in Current status, click the Certification Information link. Check all pending roles to be deleted and then click Action > Delete. Confirm the deletion.
  4. The role(s) is removed from the Document record.
